Message from the Chronicler:
The Oldenfeld Chronicler publishes the Baronial newsletter, 'Oldentales', which can range from a simple schedule of upcoming events to a booklet containing articles and other submissions of interest by local members.
The Chronicler, following acceptable and legal best practices for
newsletter publications, distributes 'Oldentales' quarterly in both print and electronic formats; these are normally available at local business meetings and posted online at the Oldenfeld Yahoo group files page.
While organizational and desktop publishing skills are useful to the
office, none are required; only the interest and ability to learn the process of newsletter publication are needed.
From the Bylaws of Oldenfeld:
The Chronicler is responsible to publish and record the activities of Oldenfeld in a regular newsletter, subject to the approval of the Coronet and the Seneschal.
