YULE FEAST 2009

Children Cooks: Lady Jasmine and Mathew Chin

There will be no travelers fare on Friday. There will be coffee and hot
water for tea and hot chocolate.

Breakfast: eggs and apples, bacon or sausage, pancakes, coffee, hot
water for tea, apple juice.

Lunch: TBA

Feast: 1st course: Meat ravioli on broth (chicken dumplings in a rich
chicken broth), honey roasted winter vegetables.

2nd course: Lasagna (a cheese and pasta), buttered worts (greens)

3rd course: Florentine style meat in a baking dish (beef with
raisins, spices, wine vinegar and reduced alcohol wine), peas

4th course: winter squash pie (a sweet pie of pumpkin or
another winter squash), apple pudding with wafers

Menu subject to change due to availability of food items and the whim of
the cooks. Please remember this is a feast done by our young members of
the Barony of Oldenfeld.
