Gift Wrapping
Nov 29 and December 6 (Sundays), 9am-1pm at Borders Bookstore on Apalachee Parkway. This will be an in-garb demo.

Champion of the Lions Tourney
Saturday, November 28 at noon at Jackson-Moody Park on Crawfordville Highway, just south of Cap Circle. This is the annual event in which the Lions vie to be named Champion and Banner Guard.

Holiday Pot Luck Dinner
December 17 at the home of HL Eoin and Magistra Theadora. This will replace our regularly scheduled meeting. Time to be announced by the hosts.

As suggested by our Good Baroness, I looked into getting us a gig at Borders on the Parkway. We've got two slots that we need to work:

Sunday, 11/29 from 9am to 1pm

and

Sunday, 12/6 from 9am to 1pm

I will bring shift sign-up sheets to the meeting this week at the Library.

We'll be meeting at Gilchrist Elementary School (1301 Timberlane Road, Tallahassee, FL 32312 ) at 1:30pm to muster/organize. They would like to see fighting (heavy/light) music, dance, and anything else we would like to demo. They need us from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on Saturday.

We will be putting on a demo on August 20 on Landis Green, in front of the Library (normal fighter practice area). If you will be participating, please try to bring out your best garb, cover all things modern and give the students our very best. We will run the demo as long as we have light and foot traffic.
